As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Company’s Management, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability)

- Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions

- Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions

- Deliver actionable insights to top management

- Act as a business partner for operational teams

- Identify opportunities to optimize financial and operational processes

Profile

-

- You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business,



or Engineering

- You already had a first experience in finance, audit, or controlling (2 years minimum)

- You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive

- You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

- You are comfortable with Excel and curious about BI tools

- You speak English and Spanish fluently (C1)
