you will be the first point of contact for travellers who experience unexpected situations while abroad.That could mean illness, accidents, lost documents or other emergencies during a trip. Your role is to guide them, coordinate assistance and ensure they receive the help they need.You will communicate with travellers, medical providers, airlines and other partners to organise the right support.Your daily tasks may include:Handling incoming calls and emails from travellers worldwideProviding guidance about travel insurance coverageOpening and managing cases in internal systemsCoordinating with clinics, hospitals and assistance partnersOrganising flights, hotels or medical transport when requiredEnsuring travellers receive the assistance they need in stressful situationsThis is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — but where your work truly makes a difference.The assistance centre operates 24/7, so shifts include day, evening and night rotations.Additional languages are considered a plus.Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)Strong communication skills and empathyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in shift rotations (day, evening, night)Good organisational skills and attention to detailConfident using computer systems and learning new toolsRelocation packageCompetitive salaryInternational career opportunity
