Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects by coordinating activities between clients, project managers, and technical teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution across project phases: from onboarding through delivery, while gradually building your project management expertise. You will report to the Project Management Office Team Leader and work closely with experienced Project Managers, contributing to project success while growing toward a full Project Manager role.
What You'll Do
Support the delivery of cybersecurity projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Assist in tracking project progress,
ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early
Maintain project documentation, plans, and reporting dashboards
Prepare and contribute to regular status reports for internal and client stakeholders
Help manage priorities and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with technical teams to monitor risks and support mitigation actions
Act as a point of contact for coordination topics with clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Gradually take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams under supervision.
Requirements / Profile
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or junior project management roles
Experience in IT or technology environments (cybersecurity is a plus)
Exposure to international or multicultural environments
Basic understanding of project management principles (planning, risk, reporting)
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Background in IT Security is a strong differentiator
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, HERMES) is a plus
Interest in cybersecurity; relevant certifications are an advantage but not required
