As Content Manager the employee reports directly to the Content Manager - Team Leader.Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Working closely with clients in Italian-speaking markets and multinational internal teamsQuality control of Italian content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formatsOverseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossariesEnsuring copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone of voice, and brand imageBalancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projectsRecruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreadersRequirements:Secondary and higher education in ItalyWorking languages mandatory: Italian (native-speaker level required), English and FrenchLinguistic project management, journalistic, or translation backgroundStrong writing and editing skillsAppreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environmentSolid work ethic, team player,
