We're looking for an experienced Lead Marine Technician to join a busy Service team based in Barcelona or Palma, supporting and maintaining luxury sailing yachts up to 30m.The role covers a broad range of marine engineering work, including:Steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systemsReplacing bearings (rudder, thrust and cutlass)Marine diesel engine servicing and refitsPropeller shafts, bearings, seals and associated componentsSeacocks, pumps and onboard plumbing systemsTechnical reporting and customer communication5+ years' experience in marine engineering - ideally mechanical and hydraulicsStrong technical and problem-solving skillsFluent written and spoken English and SpanishExcellent organisation and attention to detailFabrication, machining or GRP experience is desirableFull driving licence and EU work permitWhat's on offer:Ongoing training and developmentInternational and collaborative working environment
