- Preparation of maintenance strategies, asset hierarchy, CMMS/SAP master data, job plans and preventive maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with engineering disciplines throughout project phases.- Coordinate the execution of RCM, working with operations, engineering and HSE to enhance equipment performance and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.- Contribute to RAM, and technical risk studies, offering maintenance engineering expertise and ensuring maintainability and reliability requirements are integrated into design and operational readiness.- Coordinate and track maintenance engineering deliverables, holding regular progress reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with project scope and schedule.- Develop detailed maintenance activity lists, task descriptions, and resource needs during the engineering (home-office) phase for incorporation into the CMMS and project planning.- Prepare RFQs and technical requirements for specialized maintenance services, support procurement in vendor evaluation, and ensure compliance with project technical needs.- Support multidisciplinary engineering activities including systemization, P&ID; reviews, preservation planning, and spare parts definition, ensuring maintenance requirements are fully integrated.- Contribute to the preparation of vendor assistance and commissioning support plans,



ensuring maintenance tasks, spares, and training needs are properly included for start-up.- Attend any site requirement during construction, commissioning and operational readiness phases to give support to maintenance activities.- Provide input for O&M; and maintenance engineering proposals, defining scope, estimating workload, identifying staffing needs and preparing technical contents for the bids.Requirements:A Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material or Electrical.High degree of technical competence in the area of maintenance programs and practices.Strong technical capabilities and relevant experience with Asset Integrity Management practices.Experience in field maintenance methodologies, processes, and procedures.A minimum of 5 years of professional experiences in the Oil and Gas, or energy sector.Experienced in international standards related such as, ASME, API , ISO.Experienced in CMMS such as SAP.Has excellent interpersonal and communication skill.Flexibility to travel.Adaptable timetable and 2-day remote work.Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.Place of work: Madrid.We offer specific adaptation of the job for people with a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher.
