How will you make a difference?
We are actively seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to advance the Accounting Team’s effort on a European level. Our ideal candidate will be a proactive person, passionate about learning to support our expanding Finance Team. As part of the Finance department, you will be playing a key role in providing Plug and Play’s decision-makers with the data they need and to ensure the quality of the information provided. Will report to Head of Finance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate local accounting team
Supervise all accounting information for EMEA countries
Follow up of all intercompany transactions
Support and coordinate all external consultants
Review and improve accounting procedures
Assisting with financial accounting in the different countries of the group
Responsible for the monthly closing
Procuring digital organization of financial related documents
Weekly reporting of cash-flow, aging, etc..
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field; MBA preferred.
Min experience of 5 years in Finance, FP&A; or Controlling departments. Experience in Consultancy or Audit Big Four experience is a plus.
Skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking skills.
Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and manage own area of responsibility.
Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills
Others
Strong interest in technology, innovation and startup world.
High level of English is a must
