Static Stress Engineer (m/w/d)
With more than 5 years of proven experience in the aerospace industry to join our team in Sevilla.
Candidates should be proficient in the following tasks:
Define analysis methodologies and validate FEM models and stress reports
Perform static structural analysis of aircraft metallic and composite structures using Finite Element Models (FEM)
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior stress engineers
Extraction of loads, stresses, generation of spectra and mission file
Extraction of material data, geometry details and fastener specifications from part & assembly drawings
Support design teams by assessing structural modifications, non-conformities and engineering changes
Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings
Preparation of stress certification dossiers
About you:
More than 5 years of proven experience in static analysis in the aerospace industry
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on Specific stress activities
Languages:



English B1 minimum and Spanish fluency
Technical Skills:
MSC Nastran
Patran/HyperMesh
CATIA V5
Excel
Python/VBA (valuable)
Airbus methods and tools highly desirable
