WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a

dynamic, proactive and talented person

to join our team and perform the following

tasks : Manage and enhance enterprise Event Management and AIOps platforms. Integrate monitoring, ITSM and on-call management solutions. Onboard new monitoring sources and observability services. Develop automation, self-healing and AI-driven operational capabilities. Evaluate and implement emerging AIOps and observability technologies. Support operational excellence through incident analysis, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE? Splunk ITSI ServiceNow PagerDuty LogicMonitor Python GitLab CI/CD LangGraph

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 3 years of experience in AIOps, Observability, Event Management, or SRE, including enterprise monitoring platforms, automation, incident management, and ITSM integrations. English: Professional working proficiency. Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
