We are looking for a talented

Senior Full Stack Engineer

to join an international project within the private banking and wealth management sector. You will become part of a cross-functional, DevOps-oriented team responsible for building and delivering modern, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions. This role is adecuado for professionals who are passionate about software engineering excellence, enjoy working with both backend and frontend technologies, and want to contribute to high-impact products in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Hybrid Model in Madrid (3x2)

Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model. Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications. Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions. Contribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues. Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.



Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Proven experience as a

Full Stack Software Engineer

in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in

Java

and

Spring Boot

. Strong knowledge of

React

,

JavaScript

, and

TypeScript

. Solid experience working with

Oracle SQL

or similar relational databases. Understanding of

DevOps principles

, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD). Experience with

Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) . Knowledge of

Kubernetes

and containerized environments. Experience working within

Agile methodologies

. Strong communication skills and excellent English level (written and spoken). Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and passion for software engineering.

Experience with

Kafka

and

Avro

for streaming and event-driven architectures. Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern microservices ecosystems.
