Senior C# Software Engineer
with a strong interest in
Artificial Intelligence and innovation
to join a newly created tech team in Madrid. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building products from scratch, and working at the intersection of
software engineering, AI, and product innovation .You will play a key role in designing and developing
AI-powered web applications
that enhance decision-making and automate complex workflows. This is not a maintenance role - you will be involved in
architecture, design decisions, and innovation
from day one.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
scalable web applications
using
C# and modern .NET frameworks .
Architect and implement
AI-driven solutions, including AI Agents and integrations with
Large Language Models (LLMs) .
Apply
Prompt Engineering
techniques to optimize AI behavior and outputs within applications.
Work closely with product and business teams to translate real-world needs into robust technical solutions.
Tackle complex architectural and logical challenges with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Contribute to technical decisions, best practices,



and continuous improvement of the platform.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science
(or equivalent).
Strong, hands-on experience with
C# and .NET
at a senior level.
Solid understanding of
AI concepts, including AI Agents, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
Experience using
GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools .
Fluent
English
(spoken and written).
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to understand complex systems quickly.
Nice to have:Experience with
Python .
Previous exposure to
Fintech or financial services
environments.
Interest in AI product design and human-AI interaction.
