Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
~8+ years of sales experience in the wireless communications industry, with a track record of building and maintaining sales lead relationships
~ Deep technical background and solution-selling capability in DAS and Private LTE/5G Networks
~ Fluency in both direct sales (operators, designated clients, NHS) and channel sales (SI, VAR, MSP); Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating independently and collaborating remotely with HQ
