We're a small team moving fast, and we're building the commercial engine to match the product.The roleOur Implementation & CS team takes an enterprise client from signed contract to a live, performing AI voice agent — and keeps it performing. We're looking for a senior addition to that team: someone who can own the technical side of a rollout (CRM, telephony, agent configuration) and be the person the client trusts, end to end, on our most complex accounts.What you'll doOwn technical onboarding for enterprise clients: CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), telephony (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC), and agent configurationConfigure and tune voice agent flows using our Goal / Script / Guardrails / Objections / Data Collection frameworkBe the senior technical point of contact on our most complex, multi-market rolloutsMonitor live performance against outcome metrics, troubleshoot issues,
