✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

- Manage and enhance enterprise Event Management and AIOps platforms.
- Integrate monitoring, ITSM and on-call management solutions.
- Onboard new monitoring sources and observability services.
- Develop automation, self-healing and AI-driven operational capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AIOps and observability technologies.
- Support operational excellence through incident analysis, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Minimum 3 years of experience in AIOps, Observability, Event Management, or SRE, including enterprise monitoring platforms, automation, incident management, and ITSM integrations.
- English: Professional working proficiency.
- Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
