Задачи

- Oversee end-to-end project management from Purchase Order receipt through delivery and final customer acceptance
- Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams
- Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and project management best practices

Требования

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering




- 3+ Years of project management experience in energy, renewable energy, or industrial automation
- Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial and/or utility-scale projects
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on understanding client needs and managing expectations
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, proactivity, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Nice to have: project management certifications, experience with SCADA monitoring and control systems, knowledge of Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar protocols
