Hiring: Verification Team Lead | Fully Remote (Spain) | €120K

We're looking for an experienced

Verification Team Lead

to join an innovative semiconductor company developing cutting-edge SoCs.

If you're passionate about leading high-performing verification teams and have deep expertise in SoC verification, UVM, and Low Power verification, we'd love to hear from you.

Location 100% Remote within Spain Applicants must be current residents of Spain

Your Role As Verification Team Lead, you will: Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers. Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs. Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure. Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams. Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics.



Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.

What We're Looking For Proven experience leading verification teams. Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM. Extensive experience with SoC Verification. Solid understanding of Low Power verification (UPF/CPF or equivalent). Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
