Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a local delivery platform that provides fast, convenient delivery services to customers worldwide. The group operates in around 65 countries and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

Задачи:

- Supervise the month-end closing process for the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Polish legal entities
- Ensure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports
- Lead a team of 4-6 accountants from local and international markets
- Ensure financial audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors
- Review and approve monthly reconciliations for BS and P&L;
- Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and requirements
- Ensure accounting and financial Policies and Procedures comply with prevailing legislation
- Map process improvements and collaborate with the Accounting PMO on planning, execution, and implementation
- Participate in local ERP implementations and other finance projects
- Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining P&L; deviations from the Business Plan
- Adapt to changes in company policy, tax regulations, and legislation

Требования:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field




- 8+ Years of applicable Accounting experience in multinational companies
- Experience in people management positions
- Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Good understanding and experience of GAAP/IFRS
- Fluent English with clear and effective written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Nice to have: experience with SAP S4/HANA and OneStream, ERP migration experience, Project Management experience
