Задачи:

- Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from Partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and align mutual goals and opportunities with key stakeholders
- Develop partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives and strengthen long-term collaboration
- Engage with C-Suite and VP-level executives to establish meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win-win agreements
- Guide potential partners through their decision-making process using consultative and collaborative approaches
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership on partnership initiatives
- Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue contribution
- Support Portuguese market expansion by identifying partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as an HR software solution





Требования:

- Proficient Portuguese and professional English
- 1–3 Years of sales experience as an Account Executive
- Proven expertise in negotiating, managing, and successfully closing deals
- Experience delivering impactful demos, addressing customer needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process
- Tech savvy with a passion for digital innovation
- Active listening and presentation skills
- Ability to build strategic messages based on customer insights
- Data-driven approach to sales book management and quota achievement
- Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
- Critical communication skills
- Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, collaborative, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious
