Factorial is building a new startup within its product ecosystem to rethink how companies manage workflows, org charts, policies, and analytics. The new product leverages Factorial's existing customer base and dedicated go-to-market team to pursue rapid growth.

Задачи

- Take full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions.
- Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs.
- Translate insights into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.
- Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
- Review designs, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.
- Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture.
- Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team.

Требования

- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous problems and take products from zero to one.
- Ownership of discovery, design, validation, and iteration.




- Strong understanding of user problems and user-centric design.
- Ability to create scalable solutions, patterns, and principles.
- Hands-on experience moving from rough ideas and prototypes to high-quality interfaces.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate thinking, decisions, and trade-offs clearly in English.
- Nice to have: Experience shaping design practices, mentoring others, and defining processes, standards, and culture.

- Annual gross salary ranges from €45,000 to €82,000, depending on level and experience.
