We are looking for a Machine Vision Engineer with strong technical expertise in industrial environments and automation, capable of leading projects from the design phase through commissioning and validation on-site. The successful candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of advanced machine vision solutions for inspection, quality control, and industrial automation applications. Key Responsibilities

- Lead machine vision projects from requirements definition to final validation and commissioning.
- Design, develop, and integrate machine vision systems for industrial applications.
- Coordinate technical activities with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Program, configure, and optimize automated inspection solutions based on industrial cameras and vision software.
- Ensure project quality standards, deadlines, and technical objectives are met.
- Prepare technical documentation and support validation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including automation, robotics, manufacturing, and engineering departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, or Higher Vocational Qualification in Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




- Proven experience in industrial machine vision projects.
- Strong knowledge of integrating vision systems into manufacturing and production environments.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).
- Availability for occasional business travel.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience leading technical teams or managing engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning applications in computer vision.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial robots, and automation systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with machine vision platforms such as Cognex, Keyence, Halcon, OpenCV, or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under demanding deadlines.

- The expected salary range for this position is €33,000-€38,000 gross per annum. However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.
