In this dual-impact role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify operational challenges, define technical requirements, and build AI-driven predictive models and workflows that generate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Business-to-AI Translation: Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable AI outputs and technical specifications.
Model Development & Fine-Tuning: Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and predictive models to improve accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
Process Optimization: Identify key business processes suitable for intelligent automation and data-driven optimization.
Data & Predictive Analytics: Analyze complex datasets to build predictive models that drive business forecasting and automated decision-making.
AI Governance & Standards: Ensure models align with standard AI governance framework practices, data security, and responsible AI principles.
Stakeholder Management: Present AI capabilities, clear outputs, and trade-offs to non-technical business partners in both Spanish and English.

Requirements
Must-Have:
Hybrid Expertise: Proven experience in Machine Learning projects paired with solid Business Analysis capabilities.
Technical Rigor: Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML models and predictive analytics solutions.
Requirement Gathering:



Demonstrated ability to interview stakeholders and define precise inputs/outputs for AI models.
Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish along with Fluent English (C1 minimum) for technical documentation and international collaboration.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-first approach to solving business problems.

Nice to Have:
Hands-on practice with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
Experience setting up or contributing to internal AI Governance frameworks.
Background in agile product development or IT consulting environments.
