As Plant Quality Manager at our La Roca site, you lead the local Quality team to uphold high product and process standards for existing lines and new launches. You drive continuous improvement, foster a quality-first culture, and support the plant’s operational performance. You implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System per ISO and VDA requirements and collaborate across functions to meet quality objectives. This role offers hands-on impact in a global, learning-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Lead and develop the Plant Quality team and promote a quality mindset
• Ensure product and process quality for existing products and new launches
• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO, VDA)
• Lead problem-solving using Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Support internal and external audits and close corrective actions




• Analyze quality performance indicators and drive improvement plans
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders
• Serve as contact point for Group Quality and implement Group quality tools

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of QMS and tools (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA)
• Analytical, structured, data-driven problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence and drive change across functions
• Fluent in English
