Experteer Overview
As Principal Product Manager for Elastic Security, you shape product direction for strategic enterprise accounts. You translate diverse customer needs into a coherent roadmap, balancing stakeholder priorities and ensuring value for the wider market. You’ll own the enhancement-request pipeline, collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Legal, and maintain trusted executive relationships. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on product leadership in a remote-first, high-impact environment.

• Own and manage enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products by focusing on underlying pains
• Identify patterns across accounts and formalize partnerships for design
• Feed validated customer patterns into core product roadmaps
• Serve as primary product voice in executive meetings and roadmap updates
• Prioritize requirements using structured frameworks (e.g., RICE) with data and judgment
• Collaborate with product and engineering to write actionable requirements
• Support deal cycles with product input for RFPs and security questionnaires




• Navigate tensions between customer contracts and internal roadmaps
• Create artifacts (roadmap trackers, dashboards, memos) for visibility
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing market-wide impact

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software
• Direct experience with named strategic accounts
• Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs and/or PubSec is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR or security operations platforms
• Proven ability to run structured enhancement-request pipelines at scale
• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to influence across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Legal
• Comfort with AI-augmented work and driving complex initiatives
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team
