Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to Kyndryl's AI initiative by building and evolving data- and model-driven solutions for client delivery and internal ops. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and architects to deploy applied AI and agent-based components. The role focuses on hands-on development, prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement in real environments. You will document learnings and collaborate across teams to balance technical quality with delivery needs, making AI practical at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to build applied AI and agent-based solutions
• Develop, validate, and evolve ML models and LLM-based components for business uses
• Participate across the solution lifecycle: data exploration, prototyping, validation, and improvement
• Contribute to agents, analytical pipelines, and decision logic with a balance of quality and delivery needs
• Document solutions, experiments, and learnings to support adoption and scalability
• Work in a cross-functional, evolving environment with teams at different AI maturity levels





Responsabilidades
• At least 2 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or ML projects
• Strong Python skills and core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, XGBoost, LightGBM)
• Familiarity with neural networks and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, handling missing values, unbalanced datasets, and outlier detection
• Genuine curiosity and motivation to learn and grow in applied AI
• Spanish native or high level and fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, or related field
