From Grafton Recruitmen t, we are looking for a PPA Origination Manager to lead the structuring and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements across european markets.
This role is crucial for securing long-term offtake agreements, supporting the bankability of renewable energy projects, and fostering strong relationships with corporate buyers, utilities, and aggregators.

Responsibilities:
Originate and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate clients, utilities, and energy offtakers.
Identify and secure sites for renewable energy projects.
Evaluate renewable energy opportunities on clients’ landholdings.
Coordinate and manage project progression, including inputs from specialists.
Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and leverage opportunities from the contact network.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects.
