Experteer Overview In this Senior Payroll Delivery Analyst role, you combine end-to-end payroll expertise with product, vendor and strategy implementation across multiple People and Payroll work streams. You will collaborate with payroll, IT and product teams to design configurations, manage testing, integrations, security and compliance for HCM and Time u0026amp; Attendance systems. You drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and problem solving, shaping workflows and governance. You will lead payroll delivery transformation, govern vendor relationships, and support EMEA payroll operations with a focus on standardization and scalable processes. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Lead the payroll delivery transformation from concept to implementation • Serve as primary contact for payroll vendor relationships and issue resolution • Be main point of contact for Tesla system functionality for the extended payroll team • Act as primary advisor to payroll specialists across EMEA on best practices and standards • Support high-volume payroll weeks by removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely execution • Drive standardization and expansion of payroll processes across EMEA • Rebuild inefficient workflows by coordinating internal teams,



partners and product enhancements • Establish upstream audits and governance to improve quality and accountability • Oversee design, implementation and maintenance of payroll solutions across the company • Design and maintain internal knowledge platforms for end-user experience and technical needs Responsabilidades • Proven experience in operational payroll management and transforming workflows • Experience with payroll systems interfaces and how they integrate with other HR systems • Experience developing payroll processes and procedures • Ability to translate vendor requirements into system requirements for internal use • Ability to prepare and process payroll documentation promptly • Experience with internal systems to support payroll operations (a plus) • High-level understanding of how various EMEA payroll processes function • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills under deadlines • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting, with ability to detect data inconsistencies • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-stream environment • Excellent verbal and written English communication Requisitos principales •
