Experteer Overview
As a Junior Data Analyst at Dechra Iberia, you will enable clear, reliable data to inform commercial decisions and strategic plans. You will work with sales, marketing, and management to produce actionable reports and dashboards that translate data into insights. You’ll manage master data, CRM data, and ad hoc analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, and business improvements. This role blends data skills with a commercial focus in a fast-growing veterinary-focused company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data across business areas
• Ensure reliability of master data (customer and product)
• Validate business development requests for report improvements
• Manage CRM data and reports (maintenance and updates)
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to analyze commercial strategies
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL Server)
• Document processes and support budgeting/forecasting
• Interpret data to aid decisions by sales, marketing, and managers




• Foster strong internal relationships with the sales team to understand the market
• Ensure CRM–marketing alignment and provide user support and training for BI tools

Responsabilidades
• Higher education or degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems
• 2–3 years of similar experience
• Basic programming skills for data manipulation
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships
• Strong commercial/networking approach for business growth
• Structured, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Natural leadership skills to lead high-performing teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Targit/Salesforce
• Ideally based in Barcelona
