~ SQL basics (SELECT / JOIN / GROUP BY), and can talk ELT vs ETL and how clean data feeds AI agents and MCP.
~ Hands-on with at least one warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks).
~ Familiarity with BI/AdTech (Power BI, Looker, GA4, Google and Meta Ads).
~ Excellent English, ready to work within ±2h of Central European Time.
