Our client, a leading player in the microelectronics industry, is looking for a Semiconductor Metrology & Inspection Engineer to support metrology and inspection activities within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate advanced E-beam inspection and metrology systems in a high-tech cleanroom environment.
- Support recipe development, data collection, and data analysis for projects related to 3D Hybrid Bonding and In-resist Scumming investigations.
- Act as the technical point of contact for metrology and inspection activities, collaborating with various project stakeholders and technical teams.
- Organize and maintain project documentation within a centralized SharePoint environment.
- Develop new Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for the offline analysis of SEM-acquired images and ensure existing methods remain up to date.
- Present project results and progress during technical review meetings.

Profile

- Master's degree in Applied Sciences, Materials Engineering, Electronics,



or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in metrology within a high-tech cleanroom environment.
- Experience with CD-SEM and/or E-beam systems is considered a strong asset.
- Proactive, positive, and hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
