Your function

Our client is a rapidly growing boutique law firm located in Brussels. The firm recently established a new Employment Law department under the leadership of a highly regarded Counsel, creating an entrepreneurial environment with a strong base of clients and significant room for further development.

As part of this growing practice, you will work on a broad range of Belgian and international Employment Law matters:

- Advise international clients on a broad range of individual employment law matters
- Assist clients with collective employment law matters and related processes
- Work on both advisory and litigation files
- Handle varied and challenging matters across different sectors, including Media and Pharma
- Work closely with the Counsel and contribute to the further development of the Employment Law practice
- Build strong relationships with an international and diverse client base
- Take initiative and contribute to the entrepreneurial development of the department
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a adaptable and approachable working environment

Your profile





- Previous professional experience in Belgian Social and Employment Law
- Strong interest in both individual and collective employment law
- Excellent command of Dutch, whether Dutch-speaking or French-speaking
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and eager to contribute to the development of a growing practice
- Collaborative and people-oriented approach
