About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital solution initiatives and business transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling projects while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors in a multicultural and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Collaborate with Business Managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
- Manage project teams and oversee project activities, deliverables, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and governance bodies.
- Track costs, timelines, and resource utilization, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and working groups.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and quality processes.




- Maintain effective stakeholder engagement through structured communication and reporting plans.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project team members.

Required Experience

- Proven experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, PM², and Agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools including JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Experience using collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
- Strong background in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Certification (one of the following):

- PM²
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2
- Equivalent recognized Project Management certification
