We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Lead / Senior Scheduler to support a portfolio of industrial CAPEX projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, monitoring project performance, and providing clear insights into planning, forecasting, risks, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Level 1-3 project schedules
- Perform critical path, delay and forecast analyses
- Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Monitor schedule performance and identify risks early
- Support cost control, forecasting and variance analysis
- Consolidate multiple projects into a portfolio-level planning overview




- Prepare clear management reports and project controls dashboards

Profile

- Proven experience as a Senior Scheduler, Project Controls Engineer or Project Controls Lead
- Experience in industrial, process, energy or other CAPEX project environments
- Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
- Experience with forecasting, progress measurement and project controls
- Cost control experience is a strong asset
- Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
