? We’re Hiring – Senior Master Data Manager / Reltio MDM & Data Migration

At Degetel, a human-sized IT consultancy firm, we empower professionals through meaningful, high-impact missions. We’re currently looking for a Senior MDM to join one of our key client projects.

The mission focuses on the migration of Product and Substance master data from legacy SAP PLM to Reltio R&D; MDM, while supporting the implementation of Confidential Commercial Information (CCI) capabilities and the broader Restriction programme.

Your key responsibilities :

- Coordinate the end-to-end SAP PLM to Reltio MDM data migration.
- Manage project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
- Coordinate business, data and technical teams involved in data mapping, preparation, transformation and migration.
- Ensure data migration is properly tested, validated, reconciled and ready for production deployment.
- Support the implementation of the CCI capability in Reltio, including attribute-level CCI identification and mapping.
- Coordinate dependencies between InfoMask, Reltio and the Restriction solution.
- Provide project management and governance support for the Restriction programme.




- Ensure a smooth transition of delivered capabilities into operational support and Business-as-Usual governance.

What you bring:

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst or Data Project Manager.
- Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and/or data migration projects.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, data quality, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
- Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Reltio is a strong advantage.
- Alternatively, a strong background in generic MDM platforms and data migration is essential.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector is a major plus, particularly in environments involving Product, Substance or R&D; data.
- Experience with SAP PLM, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance, data privacy or confidential/sensitive information management is a plus.
- Fluent English is required.
