? Role: Project Manager Business – Expert / Initiative Owner, BCM

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Continuity Management and a passion for driving transformation and operational resilience?

We are looking for an experienced Initiative Owner to join the Business Continuity Management & Continuous Improvement (BCM & CI) team.

? Your mission

You will lead and deliver multiple BCM transformation and improvement initiatives, helping strengthen the Bank’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and ensuring critical banking services remain available during major disruptions.

You’ll have a hands-on role, from identifying opportunities and gathering requirements through to designing, validating and implementing pragmatic solutions.

? Your responsibilities

• Lead multiple BCM transformation and improvement projects

• Drive process simplification, optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

• Review and improve existing BCM processes and deliverables, including Business Recovery Plans

• Facilitate workshops and engage with Business Continuity Officers, management and other key stakeholders

• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria

• Coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes

• Prepare management updates, dashboards and project status reports

• Monitor risks, dependencies and issues and define appropriate mitigation actions





• Act as the key point of contact for assigned initiatives

• Support change management and communication to ensure successful adoption

? What you bring

Experience & expertise

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Business Continuity
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Solid experience in Business Continuity Management and implementation
- Experience in process optimization, simplification and operational efficiency is a strong plus
- Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Languages

?? Dutch – strong written and spoken

?? French – strong written and spoken

?? English – strong written and spoken

Certifications

Agile, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/program management certification is a plus.

BCM certification such as BCI or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer is an asset.
