Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management

Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams

Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments

Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting customer requirements and quality standards

Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders

Drive process improvements and project management best practicesТребованияBachelor’s degree in engineering3+ Years of project management experience in energy,



renewable energy, or industrial automation

Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial and/or utility-scale projects

Ability to manage projects end-to-end while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders

Customer-oriented mindset focused on understanding client needs and managing expectations

Fluency in written and spoken English

Fluency in written and spoken Spanish

Strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, proactivity, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
