As a Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer, you will work directly with customers to help them maximize employee productivity and collaboration through Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and Office applications. Together do what matters Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 Apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Office Apps, both remotely and on-site when required. Support customers with deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on best practices, new features, and adoption strategies. Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Office Apps within customer environments. Guide customers in modernizing legacy solutions and adopting cloud-based approaches.
