Experteer Overview

In this role you will shape scalable performance testing for a large laboratory platform. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to design realistic performance scenarios and define testing strategies aligned with the architecture. You will maintain containerized environments and automate executions via Git Hub Actions, while analyzing logs and metrics to identify bottlenecks.

The role offers mentorship and a growth-focused environment with hands-on exposure to observability tooling and modern testing practices. This position combines hands-on testing, automation, and collaboration to improve platform reliability and scalability.

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years of performance/load testing experience with k6, JMeter or Gatling
- Strong Java Script/Type Script skills; experience with Python and/or Java
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and Git-based PR workflows
- Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo or similar observability platforms
