About the role

We are looking for an analytical and proactiveProject Manager Coordinatorto join our CEO Office team in Madrid.
Working across brands, markets and functions, you will support key strategic and cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution. This role combinesproject management, business analysis and strategic thinking, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group.
You will help turn business priorities into clear actions, coordinate their execution and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do

- Coordinatestrategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end, defining objectives, plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Work closely withcross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, resolve issues and ensure initiatives are deliveredon time and on budget.




- Support business decision-making byanalysing key performance indicators and business trends, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conductbusiness, market and competitor analysesand contribute to business cases and strategic assessments.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, implementing best practices and new methodologies where relevant.
- Prepare clearexecutive-level presentations, analyses and project updates, providing visibility on progress, key findings and outcomes.
- Ensure projects and initiatives remain aligned withinternal policies, procedures and business objectives.
