Company supports accomodation.About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support via phone, email, and digital channels, helping customers with registration, onboard unit requests, toll-related questions, payments, and account management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.Assist customers with registration and account-related inquiries.Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.Promote relevant services where applicable.Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.Deliver professional, empathetic,
