Build a New Technology Hub. Lead Engineering Enablement at Scale.

We're working with a integral technology organisation that is launching a brand-new engineering hub in Barcelona and investing heavily in the future of its engineering capabilities.

As Head of DevOps & QA, you'll have the opportunity to shape how software is built, tested, deployed, and operated across a large-scale international environment. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving automation, quality, platform engineering, and engineering excellence.

Joining at the start of the Barcelona journey, you'll play a key role in building teams, establishing best practices, and creating a culture focused on innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

- Lead the DevOps and QA strategy across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive CI/CD, test automation, platform engineering, and cloud adoption.
- Improve software quality, reliability, security, and delivery performance.




- Build and mentor high-performing DevOps and QA teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Technology leaders to drive transformation.
- Champion AI-enabled engineering practices and modern ways of working.

What We're Looking For

- Experience leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or QA functions.
- Strong background in cloud technologies and modern software delivery.
- Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and engineering capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for automation, quality, and engineering excellence.
