Junior IT Support Technician | Madrid

At Tenth Revolution Group, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a project with one of our clients, a company specializing in IT infrastructure, systems support, and technology solutions for Point of Sale (POS) and Self-Checkout environments used by organizations within the retail sector.

This role is adecuado for a junior IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Support and Infrastructure while following a clear career path toward Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workstations.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT systems.
- Monitor systems and support operational activities.
- Work with Linux environments (primarily CentOS and Red Hat).
- Follow security and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

- IT-related education (ASIR, SMR, IT Vocational Training, Bootcamp, or similar).
- Approximately 6 to 18 months of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk,



or Systems Support.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools.
- English level B1/B2.
- Spanish C/C2
- Strong interest in developing a career in Systems Administration and Infrastructure.

- Virtualization technologies
- Previous onsite or remote support experience
