You’ll get to:
• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Conduct structured multi-channel prospecting across target EMEA accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns.
• Engage prospects to understand operational challenges and introduce relevant CribMaster solutions.
• Identify and map multi-stakeholder buying groups across key functions and seniority levels.
• Build early-stage business cases and messaging around customer needs such as cost reduction, safety, compliance, stock availability, and productivity.
• Nurture strategic prospects through long sales cycles until qualified for handover to sales or channel partners.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the EMEA sales team.
• Deliver against activity targets across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, digital campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Use Salesforce to track outreach, response rates, qualification ratios, and pipeline progression.
• Provide regular activity and lead generation reports to management.
• Maintain a resilient and proactive prospecting mindset.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to support the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations as needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows, supporting lead generation and follow-up.
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement within the sales team.
Who You Are:
• Experience in B2B business development or inside sales, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, MRO, logistics, or technical environments.
• Ability to prospect into complex B2B accounts with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across key business functions.
• Ability to translate customer pain points into relevant value messages.
• Knowledge of aerospace, defence, manufacturing, MRO, or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and digital sales tools; ZoomInfo and similar tools are a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools for prospecting and lead generation is a significant plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of 3+ European languages is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with sales KPIs and conversion metrics.
• Highly self-disciplined, autonomous, and comfortable working remotely.
• Customer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
