CMTY(Community) is a music PR company based in Glasgow Scotland. We offer state of the art PR services largely based around community building for artists to fans services. We are opening an office in the east end of Glasgow and currently have a team of 4 working in the core team, with around 50 industry collaborators involved in our daily operations. We are looking to add to our core team here in Glasgow but will also be expanding globally as we go, starting in Barcelona. The next website update will be coming as soon as we onboard our A&Rs.; We will be hiring a team of 4 to begin with.

A&R; Talent Scout — Commission-Based (Remote)

Contract: Self-employed, commission-only

Pay: 15% commission per artist sign-up — uncapped.

Now we're looking for someone with a sharp ear and a hustler's instinct to help us find the next wave of talent to bring onto the platform.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, music-obsessed A&R; Talent Scout to discover emerging artists and get them signed up to cmty.community's services. If you've got the contacts, the ear,



and the drive to close, this is a chance to build something from the ground floor and get paid properly for every artist you bring on board.

What you'll do

- Scout and identify promising emerging artists across socials, streaming platforms, and live scenes
- Reach out and pitch cmty.community's services directly to artists, managers, and labels
- Manage the relationship from first contact through to signed sign-up
- Keep a pipeline in the CRM and report on progress
- Stay on top of trends — new artists, new scenes, new opportunities

Who we're looking for

- A genuine passion for music and discovering new talent
- Experience in sales, outreach, or artist relations (music industry experience a big plus, not essential)
- Confident, self-motivated, comfortable working independently
