Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading visual design across digital and print touchpoints for xpandly and its technology clients. This role includes developing creative concepts, designing marketing and campaign assets, refining brand systems, and ensuring consistent visual identity across presentations, social media, websites, and ads. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and demand generation teams to translate complex technology propositions into clear, engaging visual narratives.



Day-to-day tasks include creating and iterating graphics, logos, and layouts, preparing production-ready files, managing design projects from brief to delivery, and providing art direction or mentorship to other designers and external partners. The role also involves staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual communications.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print channels.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding for B2B or technology-focused brands.
- Advanced understanding of Typography and layout principles for effective visual communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Proven portfolio showcasing complex visual systems, campaigns, and brand identities.
- Ability to interpret strategic and marketing objectives into clear, on-brief design solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote-working skills, including time and project management.
- Experience in a marketing agency or B2B technology environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
