Bluefil NV: Demisting Specialist in Belgium

We're looking for someone who can own the commercial thread that runs from a customer's RFQ all the way through to the invoice. Quotations, orders, purchasing, production files, delivery, invoicing — one person keeping it moving and keeping it accurate in Business Central.

This is not a narrow administrative role. It sits at the centre of Sales, Purchasing, Production and Finance, and the person who does it well becomes the reason nothing falls between those departments.

What you'll do

Sales & customer management (~30% of the role) Manage the full sales cycle from RFQ to delivery. Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups, prepare quotations and pricing calculations, build commercial offers, and create and manage quotes, orders and confirmations in Business Central. You'll run several shared mailboxes and make sure nothing sits unanswered.

Order management & supply chain coordination (~15%) Own the operational cycle: RFQ → quote → order → purchasing → production → delivery → invoicing. Verify order details against what was quoted, check technical specifications and material availability, prepare production files, BOMs, work instructions and packaging requirements, and calculate transport quotations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (~10%) Maintain item master data, inventory records and system corrections. Reconcile discrepancies, resolve structural errors, and support sales and purchase invoicing. You'll be the person who trusts — and is trusted with — the data.

Purchasing & supplier management (~10%)



Forecast raw material needs from consumption tracking, issue and manage purchase orders, negotiate delivery dates with suppliers, chase delays, and produce regular consumption and reconciliation reports.

Production & operations support (~10%) Create production orders and item configurations, maintain production documentation and job tracking, and prepare the data behind production planning meetings.

Contracts & commercial administration (~8%) Manage representative, distributor and supplier framework agreements. Draft, review and follow up on commercial contracts, and track commitments and deadlines. You'll prepare the agenda and documentation for the weekly commercial meeting.

Reporting, analysis & logistics (~6%) Analyse sales history, pricing patterns, order volumes and inventory turnover. Coordinate domestic and international transport, evaluate shipping quotes, track shipments, and handle export documentation and customs queries.

Finance, inventory & audit (~11% combined) Support sales and purchase invoicing, commission preparation and accounting follow-ups. Run stock audits and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and keep records audit-ready year-round.

What we're looking for

- Experience in a commercial, order management,



supply chain or internal sales role — ideally in a manufacturing or technical products environment
- Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage
- Strong Excel and a genuine comfort with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and you go find out why
- Able to hold many open threads at once and prioritise without being told what's urgent
- Clear communicator with customers, suppliers and colleagues on the shop floor alike
- Language requirements : Dutch and English; German or French an advantage
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small team where the role's boundaries are drawn by what needs doing

- ERP data is clean enough that management decisions can be made from it directly
- Raw material supply is uninterrupted and shortages are caught before they reach production
- Contracts and commercial documentation are current, tracked and complete
