You will lead HSE initiatives to improve safety, health, and environment performance across APS sites.

Collaborating with manufacturing leadership, you will shape standards, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate regional HSE practices.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop, implement and manage APS-specific occupational safety standards and roll out revisions
• Define and coordinate annual HSE objectives for APS with a continuous improvement focus
• Develop and implement processes using global applications such as Intelex and Barrier Failure Analysis
• Lead regional HSE Manager meetings to share best practices and lessons learned
• Create awareness campaigns to increase site hazard knowledge and recognition




• Lead or participate in internal self-assessments and OE audits to identify risks and opportunities
• Manage the 90-day HSE assessment for new APS site leaders and participate in site appraisals

Responsabilidades
• Site HSE management experience on a manufacturing site in the chemical industry
• Substantial knowledge of HSE processes and management (preferably from Lyondell

Basell)
• Understanding of regional HSE differences across APS operating countries
• Effective communication with all organization levels
• Leadership through influence and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in incident investigation and auditing
• 10–15 years in HSE coordination/management in the chemical industry; experience in batch processes preferred
• English; additional languages advantageous
