Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to the development of mobility and energy solutions by steering systems engineering across requirements, architecture, integration, and validation.

You will join an international, multidisciplinary team to deliver state-of-the-art vehicle systems.

You will shape technical solutions and lead system development within a domain, driving robust verification and continuous improvement.

This is an opportunity to influence the performance and integration of powertrain and related vehicle systems at AVL.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and modern product development methodologies
• Strong understanding of at least one vehicle system or technology domain
• Basic knowledge of different vehicle systems and their interactions
• Understanding of in-vehicle communication networks
• Experience with requirements engineering tools
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools and development toolchains
• Good understanding of lifecycle management and engineering work products
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
