In this role, you will own and unify the end-to-end Dev

Ops strategy across multiple teams, aligning practices into a single program-wide standard.

You drive governance, tooling, and KPI dashboards to support reliable releases, observability, and cost management.

You will partner with team Principal Dev

Ops Engineers to execute program-wide standards locally, while championing AI-assisted tooling and security governance within Allianz's Risk Shield/ARS framework.

You’ll lead incident response, disaster recovery, and release governance at scale to enable secure, high-velocity delivery.

• Oversee release and change governance with standardized deployment windows, rollback strategies

• 8+ years in Dev

Ops/SRE/Platform Engineering
• at least 3 years leading Dev

Ops strategy and governance across multiple teams
• experience with incident management and disaster recovery at scale
• cross-team leadership and stakeholder management across distributed teams
• hands-on with observability tooling, capacity planning, and cloud cost management (Fin

Ops)
• strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git

Ops and environment management across multiple environments
• experience standardizing Dev

Ops tooling across diverse stacks; Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform or equivalent)
• security governance familiarity related to Dev

Ops (threat modeling, access lifecycle, control compliance)
• proficiency in English; experience with AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus
