Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Senior and niche engineering roles, shaping Preply’s technical talent strategy.

You’ll partner with Engineering leaders to understand needs, propose realistic hiring plans, and build credible sourcing and assessment approaches.

You’ll drive data-informed decisions, calibrate hiring standards, and raise the bar across the Engineering hiring function.

This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing unicorn, focused on AI/ML and other specialist domains that power our product.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-performance Talent Acquisition team that values craft, coaching, and cross-functional impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own complex, hard-to-fill Engineering searches end to end
• Partner with senior Engineering stakeholders to understand needs and advise on hiring strategies
• Source actively and creatively for senior technical talent using tools like Linked

In Recruiter, Git

Hub, and Stack Overflow
• Track funnel health, conversion, and time-in-stage to guide decisions and diagnose issues
• Contribute to calibration, scorecard refinement,



and align hiring standards across interviewers
• Support process improvements, interview training, and employer branding for the Engineering function
• Coach and mentor less experienced TA Partners and help unblock pipelines
• Deliver a strong candidate experience to highly selective talent pools, especially in AI/ML and specialist domains

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles at scale, including difficult, niche, or senior searches
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and pushing back on requirements when needed
• Proven impact beyond individual roles (calibration, training, process improvements)
• Active sourcing ability for senior, specialized technical talent
• Data fluency in tracking recruiting metrics and using data to explain decisions
• Experience in a high-bar, selective hiring environment
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time in senior technical recruiting
• Team-first, low-ego approach and collaboration mindset
