PMO / Business Analyst (People & Data Initiatives)We are looking for a PMO / Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation initiative within a multinational environment.

This role goes beyond traditional PMO activities.

We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate data-driven insights into actionable plans, facilitate collaboration across teams, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution.

Responsibilities

Analyze business data, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities and improvement areas.

Translate analytical findings into concrete action plans and stakeholders across different functions and teams.

Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions to drive progress.

Monitor action plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Track progress against defined objectives and KPIs.

Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.

Support governance activities while maintaining a strong business-oriented approach.

Ensure clear communication and follow-up across all stakeholders.

Requirements4+ years of experience as PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or a similar role.

Experience working in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting.





Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI is a plus).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluent English is to Have

Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR-related projects, or data-driven transformation working in international and multicultural environments.

Knowledge of change management methodologies.
